Tacx NEO 2 compatibility

Tacx · Direct drive · Discontinued

Quick answer

The Tacx NEO 2 accepts 130 mm quick-release, 135 mm quick-release, 12 × 142 mm thru-axle and 12 × 148 mm Boost thru-axle, ships with a Shimano/SRAM HG (HyperGlide) freehub, and supports Shimano/SRAM HG (HyperGlide), SRAM XD Driver Body, SRAM XDR Driver Body and Campagnolo. No cassette is included — fit your own or buy a matching one.

Before you order an adapter

The thru-axle adapters are included in the box.

12 × 100 mm is a front-wheel axle, not a rear one: a modern rear axle is 12 × 142 mm, or 12 × 148 mm on a Boost mountain bike.
